The hotel was very good in general also the localization. The bed could be better. But in general very good with a breakfest also very complete. You can do the meals in your bedroom if you need because we have in the bedroom a small kitchen with microwave, frige etc.

This is great hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was nice to have but we did not use it for any cooking. The bathroom had good water pressure and was very functional with great towels. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with variety. I would stay again. The location is off the beaten path a bit but an easy walk to the Royal Palace and Grand Via. The hotel restaurant was very good with reasonable prices.

Visiting my daughter who is working in Madrid, Madrid so had my own personal tour guide and made sure I got my steps in.

Rooms are very comfortable , cleaned every day and actually had a view! The reception and cleaning staff were excellent. Good location plenty of things to do within easy reach of the hotel. The only criticism I have is that the breakfast area is quite small and I could never get a seat for the breakfast I’d pay for

Centrally located hotel within walking distance to Gran Via and other major sightseeing places. The rooms correspond to the pictures, comfy bed and clean. We had a kettle in the kitchenette yet no tea or coffee sachets. Breakfast was good but repetitive Would have liked to have some salads and oats for cereal. The only thing that I would have appreciated to be mentioned in the description is that the hotel overlooks a school and at times, it was noisy due to kids playing in the playground. On the other hand we had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel for a city break in Madrid. The staff is very courteous, helpful and attentive.

Had an excellent 2-night stay at the Suites Viena in Madrid. Friendly staff & delicious, extensive breakfast buffet. Room with terrace was comfortable, clean & quiet. Great area. Would definitely stay again on next visit to Madrid. Highly recommend.
